Servica’s procurement is centralized to procurement services, which lead, plan, implement and advise on procurements. Procurement services provide services to both internal and external customers.

Servica’s procurement services carry out procurements for own service production in close cooperation with business operations. The procurement categories for own service production include for example foodstuffs, administrative services, and cleaning products and services.

We provide procurement services to our owner-customers in agreed procurement categories. Our procurement services include the management of the entire procurement lifecycle:

• procurement planning
• competitive bidding
• contract management
• supplier management
• reporting

Our procurement services support customers in procurement processes and are involved in all phases. We develop and learn together, and are a reliable partner for our customers.
