Security is one of the five priorities in Servica’s strategy. Our goal is to create a positive and resilient security culture in our company and to improve the security of our operations and services. Through a comprehensive overhaul of security, we aim to make ourselves an even more attractive workplace and partner.

Objectives

Our goal is to improve the security of our operations and services. We improve our operational reliability, ensure processes in our critical business operations, regularly practice incidents and conceptualise preparedness and service reliability as part of our entire business.

Security management

Security is part of our management. We develop our security culture by creating guidelines, increasing competence and investigating the root causes of accidents. Everyone at Servica receives an introduction to our security culture as part of the introduction.

We define the goals and criteria for our security work and we monitor their progress with various metrics. We communicate about security issues openly and comprehensively. Security is guided by best practices and key standards that guide corporate security:
