Maintenance cleaning

We carry out regular manual and/or machine maintenance cleaning to maintain the planned safe quality level of the premises. We plan the maintenance cleaning together with the customer according to the requirements of the site. Our professionals clean with good hygienic skills and practices that prevent infections.

With cleaning, we achieve dust-free and good-quality indoor air as well as a comfortable and healthy working and living environment. Our maintenance cleaning professionals take care of your premises and promptly notify you of any repairs needed to keep them clean and in good condition.

Basic cleaning

With basic cleaning, we take care of the premises and surfaces so that they can be used safely for as long as possible. We determine the frequency of the basic cleaning together with the customer based on the use of the space and the required degree of cleaning as well as the properties of the surface materials. Basic cleaning and periodic work are seasonal tasks used to support maintenance cleaning.

We use the Insta 800 quality assessment procedure for all our cleaning facilities. We regularly train our facility maintenance staff in the use of the assessment method.

Our cleaning professionals also handle special cleaning tasks, such as renovation and moving cleaning, as well as window cleaning. We work flexibly at the customer’s premises and take account of other users of the premises so that our customers have access to clean premises on an agreed schedule. All of our employees have completed the permits required for their work: the Valtti card, occupational safety and lift card and a Servica ID card. As an additional service, we also offer cleaning of furniture with a pressure washer.
