Material logistics consists of procurement, Servica’s online store, central warehouse operations and distribution channels. Our central warehouse at Saaristokatu 7 in Kuopio is the operational hub for the procurement, storage and distribution of products. We make sure that the selection of our online store meets our customers’ needs and that the products are always available.

We deliver our customers’ orders cost-effectively to their destination. We combine orders for the same delivery dates and deliver products directly to our customers’ locations. Our flexible service includes an electronic ordering system, monthly consolidated invoices and site-specific deliveries.

We also maintain a back-up stock of care supplies in our central warehouse. Our central warehouse is responsible for ensuring that we comply with regulations and procedures for the storage and handling of healthcare products.
